To be considered for grant proposal submission your organization must meet the following qualifications:

• You must be designated as a 501(c)(3) organization by the IRS. (We do not award grants to individuals.)
• Your organization must serve residents of Wayne, Oakland, or Macomb counties.
• If invited to submit a proposal, you must be able to provide a current audited financial statement that is not older than 1 ½ years.
